Hi Team,
Sub: Network Connectivity Issue in newly purchased Jio Sim w.r.t. Request no:SR*******V**.
I ported my number recently from BSNL network to Jio network as am facing severe network issue and its consequences like disruption in both incoming and outgoing call services always,data issue, unable to perform any transactions because of problem in receiving the message (i.e.OTP) on this mobile number. The main reason for porting my number instead of changing to new one is that my mobile no has been tagged to all essential and utilities service.So,I found portable is viable compared to raising a ticket for mobile no change request to so many service provider. Now,Hopefully you would have understood the significance of my porting request to Jio network.
My porting request to Jio has been accepted and to continue with the service I paid the service charge amount of Rs.*** even though other service providers warmly welcomes me with nill charges and recharged for Rs.*** to avail a * months pack.As I paid this much of money in return I expected a good service from Jio network and started using the Jio service on **th August after due tele verification but the situation is worst again faced innumerable problems( as I mentioned earlier) along with mental agony because of very bad coverage of Jio network in our area Velachery and its a prominent place moreover my residential is located in main road itself ,poor response from Jio store for everything they are asking me to call a *** and not ready to hear my queries inspite of the fact that I am a senior citizens and visiting the store more than once with lots of diffculties and unable to reach your customer representative even after n number of attempt from my side.Atlast raised my concern through *** but received a awry response that issue cannot be resolved and also unable to commit a date to resolve it.So,I need to adjust with your bad service after paying my hard earned money for nothing.
As a last resort, I requesting you to either take action and resolve my problem otherwise return my money paid for your worst service without any further delay so that I can switch over to the network who's providing wonderful service and good client support rather than wasting my money and time with useless service provider called Jio.I would like to mention that I will escalate this issue to concern authority if it's not again resolved or else didn't get back my money.
