LOTUS HERBALS PVT LTD NEW DELHI - Severe allergic reactions by lotus herbals products

I purchased online two tubes of ' Lotus White Glow * In * Deep Cleansing Skin Whitening Foam'. When my wife Mrs Ragini Singhal applied it on her face it caused severe irritation & burning sensation all over her face. She immediately washed it off and I applied an ice pack on her face to no relief. I gave her I/V injection of Avil + Decadron which relieved her burning a little but her face became red & swollen. This continued for * days and we continued anti allergics topically & orally. After * days the swelling & redness subsided gradually. I complained to M/S Lotus Herbals about this. They collected the tubes from me and sent me a purity report. They offered to compensate me for this. I asked them for Rs * lakh which their legal advisor refused on phone.
