Thrillophilia - Services provided not according to package booked

I bought a package from thrillophilia for **** which included morning breakfast and open movie night but these were not provided by the supplier. We had to but breakfast separately.
When I tried to contact the thrillophilia support team, they are not responding to my tests and emails.
Please help me get my refund from these cheats.
