globalesg co - Services per the terms of the contract not provided

A staff of a recruitment firm called globalesg.co reached out to me in June **** with offer of their services to assist me in my job hunt. The lady (Zara) asked for a service charge up front (*** USD- ***** INR) for providing opportunities and interviews which I paid into globalesg.co's ICICI Bank account. They acknowledged receipt of the payment.

The following was their terms of their contract:
·The contract between the employer and Globalesg is to fulfill the position in *-** working days.
·The total Validity for the contract between the candidate and Globalesg is ** days with minimum *-* opportunities.
·The total fee of the services is **** USD out of which you pay *** USD upfront as registration and the balance **** USD will be charged from your first month salary after you secure a job through Globalesg .
·If Globalesg.co fails in providing job Opportunities within ** days, The amount which the candidate has paid in advance for the services shall be refunded.

In these ** days they have merely sent two possible opportunities which they claimed to have sent my resume for. So far no interviews with potential employers have been arranged by them and after ** days I realised that I have just wasted my time with no further services from them in clear violation of the contract.

Since they had not fulfilled the terms of the contract, I asked them to refund the money for non fulfillment of service after ** days had passed and the representative Mr Rajesh ( Mob no: **********) gave an assurance that he will refund the money but after multiple reminders nothing has happened. Now their Phones are unreachable.

On the company website the India address is given as:

where as in the who is database their address is registered as below:

Globalesg.co seems to be a company that takes needy candidates for a ride after taking money from them. Their staff has simply wasted my precious time with their hollow assurances after taking the money from me which has caused me a lot of mental anguish.

Please help to get the money back from this company.
