Country Inn & Suites - Services as shown is not provided

My membership id is "CIIS******".
I have been told that I will get some benefits in Rupees ***** but in your welcome mail, it is completely different. Please find attached plan papers shown to me by your marketing executive Mr Kanishk Bajpai (his mobile number- **********). He told me that you will get **+** nights= total ** nights plus * additional offer nights with return airfare for * people once and with pick up and drop. Along with a food and parlour voucher. He told that we can stay anywhere anytime without any restrictions on dates and no blackout period. He also tells that we can use travel buzz and AMC which is **** rupees every year will be reimbursed and not charge if I give him ** known contacts.
He is not receiving my call now and not responding on this matter. I feel I am cheated. Since I haven’t used any of your services. I do not have any problem with the company but what your marketing salesperson told me is completely different. I have no issues with the company. But I feel cheated because of your liar executive person i.e. Mr Kanishk Bajpai. It's my humble request to you to resolve my problem or you can refund me my amount *****/- Rupees only and cancel my membership. Looking for an urgent and favourable reply from your side.
