- Service warranty and customer service issue Open
I had purchased a vehicle of United Motors named Renegade Commando from the showroom named Shivalaya Colonisers (P)Ltd on **/**/**** costing Rs******. At the time of purchasing many promises were made by the company and showroom regarding service and other things . The company also gives * year warranty and road side assistance by taking extra amount . I purchased it and got warranty from **/**/** to **/**/** with road side assistance . The very first year the service was acceptable but from **** first the showroom in meerut was closed and also closing its service and maintainence we had to go noida for service but as the time pases on May **** the noida showroom also stop giving the service and are not providing the warranty not only this the customer care were not responding at all and no road assistance was given by them . And all other facilities like maintenance parts etc are not provied by the company. In fact the service is not available in india at authorized UM showroom.
