I booked ***m freestyle bungy jump from Himalayan Bungy on **th Sept and paid Rs. **** advance. I paid remaining *k at the reception on jump day, **th Sept. The company took all details - name, number, email and address. After jump, they are intentionally not providing video which is included in the *k cost. They are torturing me for this and are lying. As a girl, they are demanding my pictures and even after sending them picture, they are not providing me the video.
