My scooter has some issue with left side keypad they stopped working, I register a complaint on app in month of april, after a week no solution provided, I need to go to service center, where I clearly told that they do not have spare part, and they will callback me when the spare part will be available, till one month no callback from service center nor support tea, I continually go to service center everyweek, One day the service technician asked me to come next day and he repair the scooter. After * days the right side keypad stopped working which is more critical because the power button not working scooter got locked on the road after connecting customer support more than * hour they registered a complaint to pickup but they dont have any timeline when it will pickedup. After suddenly after *pm or *pm there customer support time is over now you can not talk to a human. its almost *-* hours I have waited and called to local service center and the technician who repaired the scooter, After one hour he sent some mechanic by courtesy, the mechanic came a open the front panel where I can see a jugad wire was added to resolved the keypad issue which caused to more serious keypad issue. The mechanic bypass the lock and disassemble the lock so that scooter handle can move and anyhow he managed to start the scooter, now the power button is only work when the handle bar is extremely moved to the right side and that is only sometime not always. I was somehow reached my house, And then suddenly the RSA pickup truck called me to toe the scooter. Then I told him not to come now. After that next day I reached to the service center, the technician told me clearly that they dont have spare parts, when it will be available he will call me, I waited for the call for next * weeks, but callback I registered a complain on app, but no resolution, I got a callback from another service center they told me come with scooter, after reaching at the service center they also told me there is no spare parts available, I can leave the scooter and showed me * more scooters were there from last ** days or told me to manage without lock and jugaad to drive the scooter. And I saw that my ticket were closed and told me that my problem is solved, I have again raise a ticket but they are not even providing any solution to pickup or home service, then I purchased the care plus plan and again raised the ticket, it said that mechanic will come at my home and service will be provided next day, after few hours I recieved a sms that I need to take the scooter at service center.. that too much confusion.. nothing is connected there service centers, RSA, and their customer support and the app everything is not working properly and clearly not on correct time. After almost a month in june I emailed support id to provide the support on this matter, their we working hard and provide solution soon... no date and no solution. I asked for the escalation matrix or date .. same answer we are working hard and soon your problem will be resolved... How soon bhai.. its already * month late.. And there is no grievance or nodal support or any support system is there with this company. Only a ai based support email id and the app which are clearly to waste the time burn the blood of a customer.
