I purchased the man company * gift card worth *** Rs for *** Rs but it hasn't been delivered to my mail. I purchased the first gift card on **th November and it was instant delivery gift card which was to be delivered within * - * hours but I haven't received it even after * month.
I raised a complaint to site support section and email but I have not received any response from them.
I was in urgent need of gift card so I placed another order on *th December as I thought that there must be transaction issue with first one but I haven't received that Gift Card also. Company is not responding and in order history of site I am seeing my order as pending.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
