The service request was taken by a company named RC Tech and a technician came home dismantled the washing machine took * of the balancing rods off the machine and did not return. When reached out they say in a day they’ll visit and fix but no one comes. This process of me calling them and they not responding is going on since * weeks.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
