Airtel Communication Haryana - Service not delivered as advertise

Hello team,
I'm a new airtel customer. I have taken new connection last month and just days before i have opted for much hyped airtel *** inr recharge just to receive * gb data per day for ** days. I have recharged it on *nd dec **** at *:** pm ist via a airtel retailer. The recharge was successful. But i didn't got data for that day..After ** am ist the other day the data they said exhausted which i never used and closed the internet connection from morning itself. when i called the customer care they told me that your daily limit of * gb data reached. So you will have to wait for midnight to get next day data. I waited till midnight in a hope the internet will start working but it not happened. Finally again i called customer care at **:** am ist (**/*/****) which is chargeable (** paise per * min)..the customer guy said that no internet is running anywhere in panchkula or chandigarh as there is maintenance going and everyone facing the problem so it will take ** hour to get rectified and disconnected the call.

Rule wise and the plan promise wise i should have got * gb data ..* gb per day basis for last * days. But i not got even a single gb and now on the *rd day they are saying due to maintenance internet will not work for ** hours..mean another * days i will have to wait. So total * days lost and * gb data lost. This is total cheating and fooling customers via advertisement on national television. As they promised i didn't got service. I want my amount to be refunded back with fine and i want to disconnect this service. Requesting you to please take this case forward and file a customer cheating case from your end. I will also file complaint in various other ways.
