This complaint is in regards to the most unprofessional and unethical service provider i came across i purchased an Extended warranty for AC, on **th april ****, AC was'nt cooling and its pretty basic if the AC is not cooling that means AC needs a gas recharge how it could be difficult than that. Onsitego promises to get the service or complaint resolution within **-** hours. The service engineer for starters visited on **th april first. after ** hours, its clearly mentioned on the Complaint ticket that this is the gas leak, gas issue. Service engineer came without any clue what needs to be done, as per him he came just for the regular service, he wasn't aware of the gas leak there will be different person coming for the gas recharge and they left and not to mention i had to take the leave to get this done its already been * days since nothing started towards its repair. Next day ironically this same engineer comes again for the gas recharge he checked for gas leakage he wasn't able to find one. He shared "this seems to be a very minor leakage let me fill the gas" he recharged the gas on **th april ****. and left without addressing the issue. withing * hours gas again leaked and i was again on the same point where i was before. they came again next day tried to find the leakage and wasn't able to find one and then shared we'll take it to the workshop and will fix it there since then today is **st april **** since then the AC is still lying on my room's floor to be picked up to get fixed. i have taken * leaves just because there is no one at home to attend them and they don't visit the time they promised and they don't deliver what they say. When all this was happening i have created escalation with onsitego but with no avail they aren't able to do anything and their service delivery partner everytime i called him he is like sir the person is reaching to pick it up soon still waiting for that soon to happen.
