Madhavbaug - Service diet box not consumed

I ttook diet kit for **** from madhavbaig mulund west, where i am having treatment since last * years,...As i broght this kit my brother and my wife told it will not help you as you are on routine work is late coming and my brother also said he slso had earlier taken but he cannot use it properly , so in */* days i went to return the box but madam madhuri and dr laxmi heavily tried to convince that it is very much useful and you will ***% benefit and will ask for other box next month, ..but i explained my condition and i also told i dont want money back instead i will renew my htn program ...but they convinced me with lot of effort and madhuriji also told that it has * seprate boxes for each week ..so try for one week and tell me your feedback ..so after a week i didnot find myself better and finally decided to return intake * weeks boxes which are unused...so when my appointment fixed i finally today */*/** i told madhiri madam for the same, but today she arrongantly told now we cant take back and do whatever you want to do throw away and her tone as a patient and customer was extremely bad, dr laxmi also was also saying same tune by saying once you take goods it will not be returned as we have returned in a bad condition ...so they themselves are not confidence of taking their super duper diet box un used with * week packed and condition to fulfill their words of use for a week and left me with this compromising situation ....so please help me with this situation and please talk to franchise owner madhuri madam at mulund west branch in madhavbaug clinic
