I have Motorola E* plus & Motorola e* power. I have contacted Motorola service center Lucknow to diagnose my phone and paid *** rs for it.
After denial of service I complained to NCH on ** dec **** to know the reason and as a result their national head Mr Saleem called me and informed me that they will provide parts and I should submit the phone with advance amount. And also he briefed this discussion by mail on my personal request.
As a result, in reference to nch docket no ******* i have deposited both phones on oral promise of **% discount and closed the complaint on my own wish.
But after seven days when i called their center head preeti to know the repair status she informed me it is not done yet so i have informed it to nch with a reference id ******* that they are not keeping their promise but when these people get to know that i have reached to nch again and want written document and contact detail for any problem for ** days from and beyond that on nch advice. They on an immediate basis called me, asked for my expectation on a conference call and offered me a buyback option . I denied it and told them that due to time wastage and misguiding me, they repair it free of cost and my money should be returned by the company only . After that they have updated that we have called customer on * jan ** & also customer device is not powering on , device is out of warranty so we are closing the case.but fact is that i have shown both the device was not dead at all to the staff and then received the receipt. At a later stage nch advised me to go for e-dakhil for compensation i have raised this issue with preeti that i will pay for repair but return my money wasted but she denied and also i have requested her to inform mr saleem that i will arrange phone repair from outside but company will pay all expenses she denied this also.
As a result I have collected both the phone and amount deposited . It is quite embarrassing to know tha nch has closed the case and accepted the company response though it was false and with wrong facts.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
