classic jupiter - Service complaint

Hi I have given bike service and i informed that bike is having pumping problem, and they written the complaint and finally claimed the bill amount of **** and gave discount through AMC and I paid ****/-. but after one day the bike gave me trouble and it stopped middle of traffic, I have pushed my bike to nearest bike mechanic shed nearly *.* km and opened the bike. bike mechanic said it has not opened from so many days and it is full of dirt, please find the attached image, after that I have paid him ***/- ,on next day morning again bike has not started again I pushed the bike nearest mechanic shed from home nearly * km after his mechanism I paid him ***/- and still my bike troubles me in the morning for the first start.I have bought this bike from TVS company one year back and till upto now I never give my bike to outside mechanic shed, every time I used to give for company service only. when ever TVS company customer care person call me and asks for feedback I used to say the service not good and pls upgrade them,finally I suffered on the road after paying money also and bike problem is still trouble condition.
