Had purchased the TV on Aug'** from flipkart and wall mount was not provided. After several follow ups it did not come. we shifted to our new house few distance away in feb'**. When we tried to use it on table top we saw a wide line appearing on the TV. After several calls to customer care, we were committed that service engineer would visit.After almost * months with due follow ups service engineer visited on Jun'** and told that TV will be replaced soon and he has sent the reports..
Nothing happened since then. I tried to discuss with higher authorities and still did not find any solution.
