We bought a LED TV from Videocon on **h October **** which has a * year warranty. We faced an issue in some part of the TV and logged a complaint regarding the same on **th September, ****. Since then we have been following up on mails and calls to the customer care of Videocon but haven't received any proper action from their side. Its been more than a year and after plenty of mails and calls there has been no action as they keep telling that the part that needs to be replaced has been shipped to the warehouse but is yet to reach the customer service centre. It has been more than a year but the part hasn't reached the customer service centre and we haven't received any service from the company. The warranty benefit will soon come to an end but the company has kept us devoid of any post-purchase service.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
