Emporio Armani - Serial number missing

Serial is missing,If I'm returning this product under the return policy, why am I being rejected from flipkart because it's an open box delivery, then Why did Wish Master came to pick up,they are giving reason for rejection is open box

I was rejected because Flipkart and the sellers made a mistake, and I never received the product's serial number ,the serial is Not available in MRP tag & Invoice both I'm being denied again again * times please try to understand this incident please.
The watch has all of its original packaging and MRP tags. I have to return it as soon as possible.

I've already reported this issue to the National Consumer Helpline, please solve my issue ASSP because of flip kart and sellers problem i m being rejected again and again moreover back end team is not coordinating properly everything they talking scripted now i have only hope that consumer court will give me justice they rejecting by telling that i got open box delivery that to buy this product comes under return policy.
