Hi, I Am Writing To File A Formal Grievance Against AJIO (Reliance Retail Ltd) Regarding A Recent Purchase I Made Which Has Caused Me Significant Distress And Embarrassment. I Have Purchased * Product From AJIO (Reliance Retail Ltd) On *th March **** I.E, JC*U Floral Embroidered Layered A Line Kurta And MELON Floral Round Neck With Flounce Sleeves. I Have Received One Product I.E. JC*U A Line Kurta And I Was Shocked, Embarrassed And Under Trauma After Opening The Product As I Have Received A Under Garment With A Potty On It. Upon Receiving My Order, I Was Shocked To Discover That Instead Of The Clothing Items I Had Purchased, I Received An Undergarment With An Offensive Potty On It. This Mistake Is Not Only Unacceptable But Also Deeply Distressing And Humiliating. As A Customer, I Trust AJIO To Deliver Products Of The Highest Quality And Appropriateness, And This Incident Has Severely Undermined That Trust. This Error Has Caused Me Significant Embarrassment, Trauma, And Inconvenience. As A Customer, I Expect The Products I Purchase To Be Of The Highest Quality And To Be Delivered As Advertised. The Incorrect Shipment Not Only Fails To Meet These Expectations But Also Reflects Poorly On The Company's Commitment To Customer Satisfaction. I Request That Mr. Mukesh Ambani Issue A Formal Apology For This Grave Error. Additionally, I Am Seeking Compensation For The Embarrassment, Trauma And Inconvenience Caused By This Incident. I Believe That AJIO Should Take Responsibility For Their Mistake And Provide Appropriate Compensation To Ensure Customer Satisfaction And Trust. I Have Attached A Photograph Of The Incorrect Item Received As Evidence. I Request The Consumer Helpline's Assistance In Resolving This Matter Promptly. Thank You For Your Attention To This Matter. I Look Forward To Your Response.
