- Selling online products with fake promise Open
I have bought a Bike rider's glove (L Size) - SCIMITAR from https://www.spartanprogear.com/ website which costs me Rs.**** on Aug **, ***. Based on the measurements mentioned ordered it but, when I tried felt that it's too tight for and need to go with next size (XL). On Aug **th tried to reach their support through email/call for replacement but didn't get proper response. Aug **th finally my call was answered and they said need to check another team for replacement. As per their Exchange return policy we can replace the product in case of size related concern. I am ready to bear the cost as per their policy, but after that I haven't received any response from them through any medium. On Aug **th tried to reach them through all the ways but as usual no response.
"All products can be exchanged for a change in size. The cost of sending the product to our Chennai showroom for exchange will be borne by the customer.
* Due to the Covid-** situation all returned products will be charged an additional Rs *** /- towards professional sanitization charges which will be billed to the customer."
I need either XL size glove replacement or would like to get my money back after I sent their product back to their Office address.
This is totally unfair and they are giving fake promise and selling products.
