Defective product selling and not refunded customer money#

I had purchased smartwatch through theretailzone.in on-line shopping and items delivered on **th June and just after ** minutes of product delivery we checked the items, it's not working we surprised and many times tried but no success than we understand they sent defective piece to customer.

After we tried to complaint online and through customer car for refund or exchange items but no such facilities available on theretailzone e-commerce.

They give website for oneblair.store its also not working in attached picture Just disgusting by e-commerce seller.

I donot know how they get and who is giving license to fraudster e-commerce??

Government take fast action on theretailzone.in so no other like me caught it.

It creates# Financial loss, mental agony, money lost, time waste etc.
