I have ordered Motorola G* from flipkart Date : **-**-**
Delivered on date: **-**-**
I have got the package without any bubble wrap and manufacturer plastic wrap at the time of delivery.
After ** hrs i have seen that whenever i unlock the device its brightness will increase automatically and then decrease. (without auto brightness enabled)
after that screen started blinking / Flickering continuously whenever I unlocked the mobile.
The same issue is confirmed in technical visits and also I have got confirmation of the same by the motorola service center.
i have requested return request on **-**-**
but i has shown me that i will get replaced product on **-**-**** (* Months)
so i am requesting a refund but every time it's been rejected from the seller side.
I have raised a return request * times but it was rejected and I got mail from the team that there is no defect in the product although the technician and motorola service center confirmed it * times.
