For *** units, Meesho had arranged open delivery of the products, out of which *** were wrong and were returned back to them, for which they were supposed to reimburse the amount but still have not received it after a follow-up of more than two months. We were reverse charged for incorrect products, which were also rejected during return because the shipment was tampered with, and more than *** units of that shipment are still with the Meesho courier partner, for which Meesho is not responding; they are just dragging it out by telling me in every email I received that the issue has been escalated to the relevant team, but the claim has not been settled till date.
