I have requested to activate a segment before ** days and they were not able to comply. I had even chat with
them online and the only response they can give was that it will be resolved within **-** hours. Not it is more than ** days I am unable to sell my holdings, nor close my account with them.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
