New Balance India Store site - seems like a fraudulent website

Made a purchase from -"https://www.newbalanceindiastore.in" website.
order no. #**b***-**** on Monday ** January, ****.
I got this url after doing a basic "new balance" search on google.
some suspicious observations -
*) there was no OTP asked for transaction
*) no confirmation SMS or E-mail received post transaction.
*) there is no contact info whatsoever on their website.( they don't reply to messaged left on their feedback form.)
*) their Facebook, Twitter & other social media handles are all dead links.
I just don't know how I fell for this trap...despite doubting all the while..
After checking other similar complaints on "voxya" I feel that they have a pattern where in they have multiple websites named after new balance...
