Hi,
I have checked out of my Oyolife *** property in February. According to their policy, I should have got my refund within **-** days. But even after more than * months and so many emails, I have not received my security refund. I have also called around ** times on their customer care number. But it is of no use. They always have the same answer "We are escalating your request. You will get your refund asap".My booking id is ****.
Not sure if I will get my refund ever. They are doing fraud with the people.

I have moved out of the Oyo life but the security deposit is not yet refunded even after a month.
It had been more than a year and I still haven’t been refunded the deposit amount. This is a scam. No one picks up the call and there is no answer.
