Greetings Everyone, OYO is providing PG services by leasing the properties from the owners and allowing students and professionals to stay on a sharing basis. I started using the facility last year which was running by the name "Oyo Life NOD***". It is in "Sector ***, Noida, Uttar Pradesh". When I moved in last year, they charged me Rs **** + **** (advance rent + one-month security deposit) for the first month and stated that the security deposit will be refunded after ** days from the check out date. I checked out from the OYO Life NOD*** property on the *nd of May, ****. Since then I have been asking for my security deposit and they have stopped responding to my emails and calls. I have been calling the manager named Jyoti as well, that is taking care of the property, but she has also stopped responding to my calls. I'm attaching the rent agreement and copy of the email that was shared with me related to a security refund. At last, I would request you to take action on the same and help me in getting the security deposit back from them along with the compensation for wasting my time and labor for the past three months.
