I vacated on October * ****. However because of Covid from March I was not staying in the house. Even though I was paying the rent till October. Its been more than ** days, my security deposit refund Rs. ***** (after all the unnecessary deductions) was not given to me. Every * days once I am emailing propurban and they simply repliying back saying they are waiting for finance team. The contact number which is in Propurban website is not reachable.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
