Shivam Singhal filed this complaint against Madhiraj Homes Pvt Ltd Ole stays on Dec 05, 2020

I was on accommodation at the provided space by the Madhiraj Homes Pvt Ltd.(Ole Stays). They promised number of facility and services to me. Even after * months of unfulfilled promises, and daily unresolved issues by them, I was tired and left with no hope. Somehow I managed for * months, then they asked me to leave the provided space without any pre-notice.

Along with the breach of agreement,

*.) It has been noticed by the complainant that the electricity charge is being over asked. Taking further action, complainant enquired same from the authorized representative. Rep. was aggressive over telephonic conversations and gave unreasonable justification. Complainant asked the representative to forward him the official receipt of his electricity bill, which is never receive.

*.) While leaving the premises, a mutual verbal compromise was made by the representative to refund deducted amount of **** by *rd of October, to which the complainant agreed. But representative failed to keep his promise, as a result complainant was left with no option but to knock the door of consumer forum.

Hence, the complainant has suffered mental trauma and harassment at the hands of Madhiraj Homes Pvt Ltd.(Ole Stays) on account of loss of time and deficiency of service.
That the further reserves his right to take suitable legal action for breach of trust and cheating.
It is prayed therefore that present case may kindly be admitted along with the compensation of Rs **,***(Plus security deposit of **** + *** (overpaid amount)) on account of loss of time and deficiency of service in favor of complainant. Complainant also demands to check all the accounts of Madhiraj Homes Pvt Ltd. and cancel their business license in case any discrepancies found.
