I had stayed in Oyo Life PUN *** for a period of * months and vacated the property on *st June ****. My booking ID is ******. My security deposit refund has not been processed yet. Furthermore, the Oyo Life property manager hasn't been picking my calls.
I am yet to receive a response on my request let alone the refund. After repeated emails and follow-ups for a month, the only response that I get from Oyo Life is:
"We are in constant touch with the concerned team.
We request you to allow us some more time and appreciate your patience in the interim."
Never ever am I using the services of Oyo or Oyo Life again.
