Even after vacating the flat, they are not refunding the security deposit amount. ***** they took and after incurring huge irrelevant charges I was supposed to get a ***** refund. But they are making excuses by answering my every email saying "We have informed the financial team, as soon as we hear anything from the team, we will keep you posted." That's it, the same reply every time and this has been going on for * months now.
