Big Bazaar - Secret delivery of items to outside shopkeeper

We are a regular customer of the big bazaar, today we went to buy cold drinks from big bazaar. It was out of stock. But I saw it was secretly supplied to the shopkeeper, we demanded the CCTV recording they declined. It happens every year.
