Dear Sir,

We have purchased one Eureka Forbes Aqua Guard water purified for the last year through your sales person. After purchasing the product he was installed the device in next two months due to the unknown reason. The installation date onward that machine was having many problem, many time we complained the device was not working properly. Every call registration the service engineer was came after one week only. In this regard we raised the complaint in multiple time your toll free number. Once the engineer was verified the device and stated that Filter was problem. After one month he replaced the filter. next one month it was working properly then next time the same problem was occurred. Again we complaint the service request, the engineer was visited and stated that membrane was problem.

We have fully utilized the device less then two months only. It was failure device and we informed the Trichy office they not responding the customer feedback. Then we have stopped the last two months installment cheque. (Reason of cheque dishonor we will reply the Eureka Forbes office main has been attached here for your ref but they are not reply the mail.)

Trichy team was visited our home for the past one month before and they installed one old membrane and Filter etc. After that they was received the cash payment. They fixed the membrane and Filter was again the same problem in next one month.

On **.**.**** we have raised the complaint but still there is no response. Only for money minded they are working (Case id : **********). They are not given the service call report copy for customer end. They are written the some words we unable to understand they are writing English. (last service call log report enclosed this mail please refer without service request number, Date and which product they have serviced etc.,, customer feedback only they have taken).

This log is actually they have submitted your service center or they have written another slip i don't know. Something was wrong in your service. The same was continues in future Eureka forbes company name was damaged as early as possible.

This letter complaint was not only for me whole Lalgudi people was observed the same service.

Kindly look into the matter was high priority and resolve the issue immediately.
