On **th of February, I had placed an order (order no *******) on VLE Bazaar for HP *** color printer. When I did not get a delivery by the promised date of **th Feb, I followed up with their customer service, who asked me to wait a few days. After days turned in to fortnight, I asked for a cancellation of the order and a refund. I was told that this was being processed, in the meantime, I bought a printer from some other site. I still haven't received the refund from VLE Bazaar. On the **th of March, I got delivery of a printer from VLE Bazaar which was of a different model (HP***) and was a refurbrished printer. I just want a refund of the amount I paid, instead I got a printer I couldn't use.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
