*. We paid Admission fees with registration charges for our * year old daughter admission to Grade * named Preksha Sachdev- **th December'** paid via Google Pay- Rs. **,***/- & via Credit Card- *,***/-
*. Admission confirmation email recieved on **th December'** from them that too subject to submission of documents which we never submitted to them.
*. We had to cancel the admission due to medical emergency at home & communicated the same to them on *th January'** ( Just ** days later they confirming us the admission). They had allmost * to * months left (as academic year normally starts in June'**) to advertise & fill this seat.
*. I have been sending repeated reminders & also begging them over phone to pay back my hard earned money from *th January'** till *th Feb'** but they are giving deaf ear saying that such a big amount paid is non refundable. I have read all cases online & government has allowed refund of this fees in all cases to parents
