Comparedth - Scheme not as per commitment

I have purchased dish tv from comparedth.com
Comparedth.com is a fraud website which is doing cheats and fraud with customers.

First they are giving big offers and scheme to the customers and once the payment is done by customer they repudiate the offer.
Payment is online , they are not providing any payment receipt as well as purchased product related details.
This is a one kind of cyber crime they are doing.
Dish tv has given his rights to sell dish tv product, dish tv team also involved in this fraud. Both are performing malicious activities.
I request you to block this web site until investigation and take strict actions against comparedth.com
