I am filing a complaint regarding the Unacademy bootcamp's job guarantee promise in the field of data science. The bootcamp initially assured us of job placement with the completion of their program. However, they failed to cover the entire syllabus as promised.
Furthermore, they informed us that we needed to pass a test administered by them, but the topics in the test did not align with the curriculum they had taught. This discrepancy left us ill-prepared for the assessment.
Additionally, the bootcamp regularly scheduled doubt sessions for students, but when we attempted to attend these sessions, no tutor was available to accept our meetings. This lack of support hindered our learning experience.
Lastly, when they provided completion certificates, there was no mention of a credential ID. This omission raises concerns about how potential employers will verify that we indeed completed the bootcamp.
