*. I booked a rail ticket in AC * with PNR ********** on ** Nov ** with application ixigo. com at the time of booking a chance for confirmation was shown **%, so as the ticket was not confirmed, I opted free cancellation after paying additional Rs **/- on ticket fee of Rs. ***/-.
*. But at the time of cancellation on Rs. *** was refunded to me.
*. A scam of Rs **/- was done by ixigo, likewise they are showing high percentage of showing chances to confirm your journey tickets and earning a huge amount of fee inform of cancellation charges and agent fee.
*. This is a matter of scam, which should be reported to higher authorities.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
