SBI PADI - SBI PADI housing loan fraud and no response from branch manager

This complaint is with regard to the non-responsive behaviour from SBI PADI BRANCH Chennai officials Mr Karthikeyan and Mr Naresh, Branch Manager. An amount of Rs ****** was withdrawn from my SBI savings account towards housing loan (details attached) but was not reflected in the housing loan account statement. Basically, I lost Rs ****** of my hard earned money and when asked, they completely shut off communication and they do not respond! I did not expect such behaviour from SBI officials!
I would like to utilize this platform to lodge a complaint against the SBI officials mentioned in my letter above and I hope to get a response from them about my money lost.
Beware of Mr.Karthikeyan (Photo attached) or Mr Naresh at SBI PADI. They do not provide any response if anything goes wrong after getting a loan through them!
