State Bank Of India Biyani Chowk Branch Amravati - SBI Home Loan hidden charges

I applied for a home loan of Rs. ** lakhs to SBI Biyani Chowk Branch, Amravati. Against my loan application, I got a loan offer letter form SBI dated **th January **** which mentioned zero (*) processing fees. Even I visited the same branch after received the offer letter and met GM of the same branch, that time they never tell about any fees/charges. On *th February **** I got call from Mr. Santosh Sonone (from loan department), he was asking me to visit the SBI RACPC Amravati on *th February. So, after visit the RACPC I came to know that I have to pay Rs. *****/- for mortgage fees, Rs. ****/- for document preparation fees and I signed the mortgage document for loan. During the mortgage sign I also came to know that I am to buy a Home Loan insurance which is mandatory, and I must pay Rs. ****/- premium per month. When I asked to loan officer regarding these fees, she told me that branch manager should tell all these fees before mortgage sign (which was not).
After completing the documentation work SBI has release Rs. ** lakhs to the concern builder and remaining Rs. * lakhs will be release after getting the flat’s possession.
On **th February ****, I came to that Rs. ****/- deducted from my account as SBI Loan Processing fees, **th February **** again deducted Rs. ****/- as processing fees of Home Loan. **th February **** again deducted Rs. ***/- for CSERSAI Fees Recover, *st March **** deducted Rs. ****/- and transfer to someone Padmanabh.
On **th March ****, I visited SBI Biyani Chowk Branch and I met with Mr. Gajanan Dorak (GM). He refunded Rs. ****/- immediately which transfer to someone Padmanabh but he did not agreed to refund other fees.
On **th March **** again deducted Rs. ****/-, **th May again deducted Rs. ****/- (mention only bill of me). On *th April **** I received letter from SBI Life that my insurance has been cancelled and all earlier premium they have returned to my Loan A/c. But SBI still deducting insurance premium Rs. ****/- every month. I raised complaint to grievance cell of SBI through mail dated on **th March **** but no action has been taken.
I want all the unnecessary fess refund to me by SBI. Higher authority should act against these incompetent and arrogant bank officials.
