- SBI Home Loan SI Charges Fraud ^Closed

I got home loan (HL) from SBI of Rs******* Disbusred on **st Oct **** (ACC : *****************)
I request **th of every month as a date of EMI.
So as per Standing Instructions given, account to deduct EMI of Rs *****/-- on **th of every month from November ****. from my SBI Saving account- (*****************)
I didn't put enough balance as I was under impression that NOV **** will be my first EMI,
During the NOV **** I didnt get any call/communication on EMI Bounce which would warn me about low balance or SI failure.
When I transferd amount on *st DEC **** it got deducted on *nd of DEC ****.
Likewise all EMI deducted till date.

All of a sudden ** transaction happened between *rd and *th June**** of Rs ***/- Total Rs ****.

I raised CRM ticket *********. I got call from SBI HL dept. Lady explained me about why charges are applied which also explained
me in email. When I asked why now they deducted SI charges. She said we done audit where we found charges needs to be executed.
They can deduct money in HL account every time SI Failuer occurs without having money in Saving Account, Which they did
between *rd and *th June****.
I asked why It was not deduct on every failure on time. She said she needs to check with higher autherity.
I asked about why any call/email/sms was not sent. She had not answers about it.
I asked what if audit happen after ** years. SBI would have deducted hefty amount just because its SBI's system, again she had no answers.

I asked same things in email I didnt get any reply.

Its a Fraud under the name of T&C by putting trap on hard earned money by common man
