Sir an unauthorized transaction of Rs *****/- had been occurred on *.**.**** from my account ***********.For this i submitted written complaint to Mr. Tej Bahadur Singh branch manager on *.**.****.After one month he had send me reply in which it was said that again lodge complaint by only sbi upi app only. I want to inform you that an unknown fraudester had done an unauthorized transaction of Rs *****/- by some upi medium. Due to which I denied to lodge an application by this sbi upi app because some of the emi's are running and payment mode is auto .
After one month was over I filed complaint to Rbi ombudsman but I got reply very late in which there is no proper reason to reject my complaint.
Meston Road Branch manager Mr. Tej Bahadur Singh has given me so many times fake assurance that from our bank end you will definitely get reply, almost * months time passed but i got no written reply from branch manager .
