The wifi on my Samsung Fold * stopped working after a software update. Then suddenly the screen went blank and touch screen stopped working. As it is under warranty, I took it to Customer Service Centre but they refused to repair it under warranty and asked for ₹***** approx. They gave a flimsy reason that there is a dent on the phone whereas it's just a very minor scratch on the surface from normal wear and tear, which has nothing to do with the problem faced on the phone, which is a software issue.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
