KARMA RESORTS HOSPITALITY LLP - Same Hospitality Package at different prices

I've purchased a resort/hotel package for **N/**D from the above company at ***** for three years. But later I realized the same company was selling the same package at ***** to other customers. I've complained about my issue to their senior officials to look into the matter and refund my remaining amount or add * more days to my package but no reply as of now. So, I want to cancel my hospitality service and refund all my money with a penalty for harassment.
