Sir/Mam I was using Realme smartphone which was under warranty but i faced some issue at **th May **** issue phone was not turning On , so I went to Realme service center at **th May but they told your phone is out of warranty because your phone is water damagaged , ( I was the user so I know i never contacted phone with water but they were not agreeing) and they charge ***rs then but I refuse to Pay any money . Next I again went to Realme center becuase i have some company data in phone which was very useful so next day they Charged me ****rs without telling any reason why they Increased the charge , I complaint on Realme helpline no. somehow they agreed to repair but they took **days to repair and they did not fully repaired my phone and told use it for *days phone will automatically work fine and I paid charge ***rs. I used phone for ** days but it did not automatically in repaired but went again went Switch off as it was before , I again went to service Center at **june ****, they took my phone at told to come next day, as everyday when I go service center they used to tell me to come next day and they took **more days and then told Now at *th july **** they told you have to pay ****rs and telling there is an issue in mother board of phone . Note : - They firstly declared my phone out of warranty by giving the reason it is water damaged but my phone switched off automatically , there was not contact of water in my phone. At day first they Charged me ***rs then next day they charged ****rs without giving any reason and at the end Now they are asking for ****rs . I visited service center **-** times every time they give me next date , I was facing mentally disturbance , I only had one smartphone which was at service center and they were giving next date every time. I had very Important data in my phone , I told them not to reset in any case or ask to me if you do , but they reset my phone without my permission. They have to solve customer problem in **-** hours but they took almost ** days without any problem solve and asking me to pay big amount now. I mentally tortured by them by providing next date every time , visited service center **-**times and did not get resolution. I request you to help me to find the Resolution of my problem as soon as possible.
