Shopyvision com - Sale Of Defective Electronics Product and Denial Of Return Replacment

Dear Voxya,

I purchased a Vooc USB Cable for my Real me XT Phone from Shopyvision.com
Order #****** was placed on September **, **** and was Delivered On Saturday **th of September ****.{Attached Invoice of Purchase}

I Unboxed the product with recording on my mobile as Returns were claimable only if recorded with Uncut Unboxing Video as described in their website https://shopyvision.com/replacement-return-cancellation-policy/

It was a Defective product and I also believe it is Unauthentic too.So I tried to contact them by the number in their website but it was out of service.I also tried emailing them about my concern and claimed a Return or Replacement with a original one but they never responded except for their first reply.

I tried calling their Whatsapp Number but the support staff who answered me denied any help and ended the call showing no respect to their customer.This continued for * weeks but my query has not been answered yet.

I Sincerely request the Consumer Affairs to help me claim my money back or at least help me get a replacement product.I feel like I have been scammed from the above seller and I wish consumer affairs can stop them before many consumers fall a victim their online scam.
