Diamond Building Care - Salary not received

Greetings, hope you are doing well.

I wanted to bring one serious concern to your attention that I recently joined a company named DBC (Diamond Building Care) in the month of April ****, After working for a month I got to know that the finance's SPOC was involved in some bad practices like removing a day from Biometric for an employee which is really unhygienic and people started complaining that they got their salary in with a deduction with no such transparency, no visibility as to why the figure wouldn't match with what they received on their offer letter and that's when I also decided to leave the company after * month of joining which was May. There was another reason of leaving the company is I didn't receive the salary of first month in a pro-rata basis, company should have deposited in my bank account near May *th but they didn't. On asking the reason to them they simply denied and asked me to put down the papers, I said NO I wont without getting my salary and asked them why would they want me to put down the papers on seeking the reason for a salary delay which they've had no answer of. I decided not to go the company anymore because one month of hard work wasn't yet paid and I didn't go after mid of May, Since then I have been chasing them to give my salary and they have refused paying me for my one month of hard work for the company, Nisha from HR said she wont give my salary, such a ridiculous behavior by her. Please help me get my salary for one month. I couldn't understand how come a company even think of such non-sense activities and stupidity. Now Nisha ignores my calls and so is Arshad (MD) behaving.

Note: I have my ID/address proof, offer letter etc. with me.
