Driver Jeetendra Singh with cab number HR**A**** has picked me and my mother (** years old) from Malviya Nagar. He dropped us in mid way at main road near cdr chawk chattarpur. The drop location was for JVTS garden. He was taking rudely, argumentative and asked us that cab will not go inside jvts garden. This is a huge safety concern for someone specially a senior female. I clicked on safety button and sos called to police same time but call was not connected and no one called me back to check my safety.
Ola need to terminate this driver asap. This is highly unsafe. Cab driver is not genuine, he called back to ola customer care and stated we tried getting in three more people in cab which is a fake statement. Let's meet in Mehrauli police station and call the driver there and let's talk in front of police what happened. In case ola failed to take strict decision against this driver, i will proceed legally as i have drivers cab number. This is not acceptable if ola supports the driver.
I have attached all the screen shots where my destination location clearly shows for JVTS. What driver was saying that he accepted because it was showing chattarpur enclave which is again a fake statement. Ola is keeping such criminal minded drivers?
Also- what about your safety feature? I clicked on that and no one called me so far? Is that how you ensure safety for your passengers?
