Goibibo is mis-leading customer by showing AC sleeper service to/from Metupalayam to Valliyur/Kanyakumari. The actual fact is the service is only available to/from Coimbatore to Valliyur/Kanyakumari. From Metupalayam to Coimbatore the bus company Air Indiaa Travels shuttles the passengers in un-reserved non ac bus which is pathetic in condition and the passenger has to go through the pain of shifting the luggages from one bus to the another. I have received boarding message showing Bus # TN** D **** from Mettupalayam to Valliyur dated **th May **** with the reserved seats mentioning in it but the bus company picked up us from Mettupalayam in bus #PY ** ****. The bus condition was very pathetic and more over I have never seen a company with such low customer service. The driver Mr Kalidasan of PY ** **** was very rude and didn't allow us load our luggages in the luggage compartment from Metupalayam. We have to carry the luggages inside the bus and it was a horrible experience and mental trauma for me to suffer along with my family and kids from Metupalayam to Coimbatore. We have been dropped down at Coimbatore bus stand to on board the bus TN** D****. I complained the manager of Air Indiaa Travels at Coimbatore bus stand and he also behaved in a rude manner and insulted me infront of my family saying are you stupid and brainless saying all services are from coimbatore only and from mettupalayam its only shuttle. Pls note from Coimbatore to Valliyur there is many options and we have booked AC sleeper only because it was showing Metupalayam boarding at Goibibo bus booking portal. Otherwise we should have not paid so much ticket cost and directly booked it from Coimbatore where there is many multiple options with lower ticket price. This bus company was charging premium charges for service from Mettupalayam. Also this bus company consider passengers as shit. I am consulting to file a case against goibibo to mis-leading the customer and also to file the case against the manager and the bus driver of PY ** **** Mr Kalidasan for rude behaviour and not allowing to accomodate my luggages in luggage compartment. I have collected enough evidence for all this.
