Today, I visited the Oneplus service center in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.
My Oneplus Nord CE * Lite *G Phone Camera Lens was damaged and the service center person said it will covered in warranty. But, they said you have to keep your phone for * days in service center.
On the Oneplus website, it is written that when you go 'walk in' to service center, it will take *-* hours according to the part availability. if the part is not available, they will order it and call the customer after part is available. But, they said we don't follow those rules and you can go to any other service center and said we have more **-** service center of other brands.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
